A first in Sri Lanka, the Open Kitchen concept involves diners having full view of their meals being prepared by Chefs. You can even talk to them and ask for your meal to be personalized. The Zesti oven in the western kitchen area can prepare steak or pizza retaining its authenticity and the ice cream teppan is a clear favourite at the dessert corner. The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
